NUS team develops solar-powered boat

A team of students led by Assoc Prof Martin Henz and Dr Joerg Weigl has converted a motorised sailing boat to one that uses only solar power, which may pave the way for cleaner cruises. Their project is part of FrogWorks, a joint initiative of the NUS' University Scholars Programme (USP) and the Design-Centric Programme at NUS Faculty of Engineering.
