NUS team working on reversing memory loss from ageing

Asst Prof Sajikumar Sreedharan and his team from the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine found a connection between histone deacetylase (HDAC) and histone acetyltransferase (HAT) enzymes imbalance in the human brain and the inability to form long-term memory – and they might have also found a way to reverse that.
