For patient safety, make SOPs simpler and more intuitive

Assoc Prof Donald Low and Prof Lam Chuan Leong of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that it is usually more useful to try to improve processes than to improve human decision-making as this approach may produce useful insights into how we should address complicated problems in high-risk environments such as hospitals.
