Pay gap between Singapore women and male peers narrows
A study led by Assoc Prof Jessica Pan from the Dept of Economics at NUS Faculty of Arts and Sciences and the Ministry of Manpower released on 9 Jan, revealed that the gap between the median pay of men and women in Singapore has narrowed over more than a decade, after removing the effects of factors such as age and occupation.
