People-centred growth in ascent to SG100

Dr Gillian Koh from the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS opined that the Government will still play a valuable role in the transition towards Singapore’s economic future, but added that a truly successful SG100 will not be a state-led story, but citizen-led.
