Preliminary assessment of “One Belt, One Road” initiative

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS opined that the Chinese government should perform regular assessment on the progress of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, and learn from the successes and failures of its foreign collaborations and investment projects in the past.
