Prof Tan Tai Yong: Good historians should examine details with honesty

In his first IPS-Nathan Lecture titled “The Long and Short of Singapore History: Cycles, Pivots and Continuities”, Yale-NUS College President Prof Tan Tai Yong examined how Singapore has evolved over a period of 700 years. Prof Tan is the 6th S R Nathan Fellow for the Study of Singapore.
