Pursuing their dreams, flying the flag high

Three NUS faculty and alumni – Dr Azhar Ali, Senior Research Scientist at the Cancer Science Institute of Singapore at NUS; NUS Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music alumnus, Mr Wong Kah Chun; and NUS Engineering and NUS Overseas Colleges programme alumnus, Darius Cheung – were among the Singaporeans highlighted by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in his National Day Rally address for following their passion and breaking new grounds.
