Rethinking strategies for the North Korea problem

Prof Huang Jing, Director of the Centre on Asia and Globalisation of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that as the North Korean nuclear crisis affects China's own security and development, China must rethink its stance towards North Korea and adopt more pro-active strategies in dealing with the reclusive nation.
