Roots of international law in 1603 incident off Changi

Dr Navin Rajagobal, Director, Faculty Affairs, at Yale-NUS College, opined that Singapore should remember the 1603 attack of Santa Catarina, a Portuguese merchant ship, by the Netherlands that took place just off Changi, since it spurred the development of international law.
