Say 'no' to dual class shares

Assoc Prof Mak Yuen Teen from the NUS Business School pointed out that ordinary shares with different voting rights will severely inhibit the role of directors, shareholders and markets in corporate governance, and questioned if our regulators are up to the task and prepared to shoulder this responsibility.
