Section 377A: A contemporary, important law

Prof Thio Li-Ann from NUS Faculty of Law opined that the law criminalising sex between men draws a clear line that homosexual acts are not on par with heterosexual ones; and if that law is removed, traditional marriage and family norms and even freedom of religion to object to homosexuality will come under threat.
