Self-service transactions: penny wise, pound foolish?

Ms Janice Chin Li Ping, an undergraduate from the Dept of Real Estate at NUS School of Design and Environment and Mr Ku Swee Yong, co-founder of HugProperty noted that the proliferation of self-service portals and mobile applications has resulted in an increasing number of clients who help themselves in transacting properties. They discussed the common pitfalls that clients face when they self-serve.
