Local biotechnology company Tychan, founded by Professor Ooi Eng Eong of Duke-NUS Medical School and Professor Ram Sasisekharan of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has come up with a Zika drug called Tyzivumab that was fit for clinical trials in just nine months.
