The significance of Singapore being ranked as a world city of design

Dr Shih Hui Min from the East Asian Institute at NUS discussed the significance of Singapore being designated a Creative City of Design by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Creative Cities Network (UCCN) in December 2015.
