Silver Support bonus should not be too restrictive

Mr Christopher Gee and Dr Yap Mui Teng from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS discussed about the Silver Support Scheme and noted that given Singapore's approach to social welfare, the scheme can be expected to keep to general principles of fairness, efficiency and sustainability.
