Simulate and stimulate

Visiting Professor Sumit Agarwal and Assoc Prof Qian Wenlan, both from the Dept of Finance at NUS Business School, highlighted that it was timely to examine how effective the 2011 Growth Dividend scheme was in stimulating the economy and what we can learn from it policy-wise when developing another stimulus package such as the current Silver Support Scheme.
