Singapore should find equitable, sustainable ways to support climate change measures: President Halimah

NUS School of Design and Environment celebrated its 50th anniversary on 2 Oct 2019 with a gala dinner. Guest-of-Honour President Halimah Yacob congratulated the School for its contributions to the development of the environment in Singapore, especially in addressing climate change and stressed that Singapore should spare no effort in the race against time to adapt to climate change and find equitable and sustainable ways to support the measures. The event also featured works by SDE students, including exclusive auctions and handmade items.
