As Smart Nation drive speeds up, anxieties arise

Dr Adrian W J Kuah from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS highlighted that it is worrying and naive to assume that digital non-natives, with relative ease, can transform into technology-savvy citizens who will be completely at home with whatever technological disruptions come their way as the pace of technology development is uneven; so too is the pattern of technology acceptance and adoption.
