A Smart Nation limited only by imagination

Former head of the Singapore Civil Service Mr Peter Ho, who is a member of the NUS Board of Trustees and Visiting Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, spoke on Singapore’s ambition to be a Smart Nation at his second Institute of Policy Studies-Nathan Lecture on 19 April. He pointed out that being a Smart Nation calls for innovation at the systems level to solve national problems, and that its realisation is the sum of many innovations, big and small.
