Soya is okay for most gout patients, study here shows

Prof Koh Woon-Puay from the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, and Dr Teng Gim Gee from NUH, found that eating soya and other beans is not associated with an increased gout risk. The study, which began in 1993, involved 50,000 Chinese and is the largest of its kind in Asia.
