S'pore 2.0: Turning local companies into global leaders

Prof Shih Choon Fong, University Professor at NUS Faculty of Engineering and former NUS President, highlighted that Singapore will need to think of new growth strategies to stay ahead of the curve. He opined that transforming Singapore into a two-way hub, where there are inflows and outflows of capital, technology and people, will allow the country to thrive in a global economy that is getting tougher.
