S'pore can afford to be more open in sharing data

Prof Asit K Biswas and doctoral candidate Mr Kris Hartley from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, discussed about data openness - from space images to government budgets, and shared three reasons why improving transparency is a good strategy.
