S’pore, China ink pacts to deepen cooperation in bilateral projects

Singapore and China signed four cooperation pacts on the sidelines of the Joint Council for Bilateral Cooperation in Beijing. Among them was a letter of intent that was signed by NUS, the Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee and the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology to deepen cooperation in the biomedical industry. Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean and Chinese Vice-Premier Zhang Gaoli witnessed the signing ceremony.
