S'pore lagging behind in female directors: Study

A study conducted jointly by Korn Ferry and the Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations at the NUS Business School, found that Singapore was ranked seventh out of 10 economics in the region on gender balance on boards, with a small number of women in the boardroom. The study also found that strong gender diversity on boards often coincided with strong corporate performance.
