S’pore must uphold diversity, fight discrimination: Iswaran

At a forum on ethnic identity and culture organised by the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) at NUS and OnePeople.sg on 19 July 2018, Minister for Communications and Information S Iswaran stressed that Singapore must signal its resolute commitment to upholding diversity, promoting tolerance and opposing discrimination, amid the divisive rhetoric that has emerged around the world. Dr Mathew Mathews, Senior Research Fellow of IPS, also shared his findings on the subjects at the event.
