S'poreans-first policies 'may affect integration of foreigners'

A study by Assoc Prof Elaine Ho from the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences found that immigrants from China who came to Singapore in the 1990s integrated more efficiently compared with those who arrived after 2004.
