S’pore’s real estate story

Prof Seek Ngee Huat, Chairman of the Institute of Real Estate Studies (IRES) and Practice Professor at the Department of Real Estate (DRE) at NUS; Assoc Prof Sing Tien Foo, IRES Deputy Director and Dean’s Chair Associate Professor at DRE; and Assoc Prof Yu Shi Ming from DRE traced the evolution of Singapore’s real estate industry and identified the contributory factors to the successful partnership in a book titled Singapore’s Real Estate: 50 Years of Transformation.
