Stepping up efforts to conserve tropical plant species

Prof Li Chia-Wei, Distinguished Professor from the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, visited NUS under the National University of Singapore Society (NUSS) Professorship programme, and was hosted by Department of Biological Sciences at NUS Faculty of Science. Prof Li shared about his discovery of the earliest known animal fossils dated back to 580 million years ago.
