Study: Simple exercises help to alleviate diabetic peripheral neuropathy by training endurance, balance to reduce pain

A study conducted by the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health showed that low intensity and low impact exercises could help ease diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients suffering from it, with no side effects such as injury or pain. It was found that those who participated in the exercises improved their body mobility after half a year compared to those who did not.
