The superstitions in contemporary Chinese culture

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS, observed that the Chinese today, similar to their ancestors and other societies, require spiritual and religious space. He added that without science, it is difficult to eliminate the superstitions inherent in traditional culture.
