Table tennis ace scores PSC scholarship

Ms Isabelle Li, a Youth Olympics and SEA Games silver medallist, was the only polytechnic graduate to clinch the Public Service Commission (PSC) Scholarship this year. She has enrolled into Yale-NUS College and will be studying economics and statistics.
