Three-party tussle between China and Japan over Southeast Asia's high speed rail market

Dr Yang Mu from the East Asian Institute at NUS noted that the competition between China and Japan to build Southeast Asia's high speed rail market has blinded these countries to the potential of the immense market of the 600 million people who will be connected by the rail network.
