Time banks can forge social change

Ms Yvonne Arivalagan, Research Assistant and Mr Christopher Gee, Senior Research Fellow at the Demography and Family research cluster at the Institute of Policy Studies, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, opined that one way to unlock the value in the time economy is through time banking, a system that enables the exchange of services and skills for time instead of money.
