Time for two Houses of Parliament?

Mr Charles Phua Chao Rong from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS and Mr Inderjit Singh, former MP for Ang Mo Kio GRC, examined Singapore's political system and proposed that Singapore can consider having Upper and Lower Houses of Parliament, as bicameralism will allow diversity and municipal needs to be served.
