Ambassador K Kesavapany, from Asia Research Institute at NUS, highlighted that Indian Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi shares several of Mr Lee Kuan Yew's ideals in improving the lot of their people, and noted that in the realm of foreign policy, similarities of approach can also be found in the early initiatives of the two leaders.
