Dr Emir Hrnjic, Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Asset Management & Research Investment at NUS Business School and Adjunct Assoc Prof Nikodem Tomczak from the Dept of Chemistry at NUS Faculty of Science noted the immutable nature of blockchain technology which is typically celebrated for its positive implications, but this same feature also has the potential to cause adverse effects and increased risk.
