Turning privilege into a force for greater board diversity

Assoc Prof Marleen Dieleman from Dept of Strategy and Policy at NUS Business School opined that for board diversity to be improved, we all need to step out of our unconscious patterns and turn both sides of privilege into a joint force for improvement.
