Use underground space to boost retail in Singapore

Assoc Prof Yu Shi Ming from the Dept of Real Estate at the NUS School of Design and Environment, and Mr Justin Goh, an investment analyst at Lendlease, discussed the commercial viability of underground connections. They shared the findings of their study, which evaluates the feasibility of an underpass from the perspective of developers, retailers and the public.
