Vibrant Gujarat shows the way for India

Prof Asit K Biswas of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS discussed the Vibrant Gujarat series of biennial summits, and highlighted that the January summit, which acquired a national dimension, attracted 25,000 participants with 21,304 MOUs valued at 25 trillion rupees getting signed.
