Water supply: Look beyond technology and innovation

Prof Asit K Biswas and Dr Cecilia Tortajada from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, as well as NUS student Ho Kang Leng, expressed strong support for and endorsement of technological innovations in water management for the future. They opined that during the next 10 years, countries such as Singapore will get better value for money by giving emphasis to economic and social instruments for water management which need accelerated attention.
