What the MRT really means to S'poreans

Mr Varian Lim and Ms Elaine Ho, research analysts from the Social Lab of the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS, discussed the train disruptions of 7 July 2015 and observed that the gamut of reactions revealed that Singaporeans view the MRT system as not only a form of transport, but also as a touchpoint for the nation's success since independence.
