WHO's post-Ebola reforms substantive or window dressing?

Prof Asit K. Biswas and Mr Kris Hartley from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, discussed about the post-Ebola reforms by the World Health Organisation (WHO). They highlighted that a global response system is a fundamentally collaborative effort and nations must rally around a shared sense of responsibility for human life.
