Why a ban on e-cigarettes may not be the best policy

Visiting Professor Tikki Pangestu and Ms Gianna Gayle Herrera Amul, Research Associate from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that the current ban on e-cigarettes not only prevents Singapore from realising the potential public health benefits of e-cigarettes, it also limits the ability of the authorities to manage their costs.
