Work-life balance, the elusive unicorn?

Mr Ryan Ang, from the Centre for Future-ready Graduates at NUS, gave suggestions on how one can achieve work-life balance. He concluded that work-life balance is all about self-management and the reality of the employment market is that job applicants are expected to formulate their own work-life balance equation within the framework of what needs to be done.
