The world needs another Tu Youyou

Prof Ong Choon Nam of the NUS Environmental Research Institute and Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, and Mr Ng Qin Xiang of the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, lauded the achievements of Dr Tu Youyou, one of the recipients of the 2015 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, for her discovery of artemisinin as a novel therapy against malaria.
