YuuZoo Corporation - a governance nightmare

Assoc Prof Mak Yuen Teen from the Dept of Accounting at NUS Business School described YuuZoo Corporation – a social media and e-commerce company – as a governance nightmare. He opined that while SGX has been monitoring YuuZoo and taken regulatory action, one must question whether enough has been done, given the multitude of governance issues in the company.
