Sleeping too much may be even worse

A study by Duke-NUS Medical School tracked 40,000 people over an average of 12.7 years and found that both insufficient and excessive sleep — less than five hours or more than nine hours a night — increased a person’s risk of death especially from heart attacks and stroke. http://news.nus.edu.sg/sites/default/files/resources/news/2018/2018-12/2018-12-17/SLEEPING-st-17dec-pD2.pdf
