A few CPF tweaks can help people save more

Mr Donald Low of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS discussed the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Advisory Panel's proposed enhancements to the CPF and highlighted three important findings from behavioural economics that should guide the CPF Board in implementing the panel's recommendations.
