Bike-sharing: Balance between regulation, supporting innovation

Distinguished Prof Sumit Agarwal from the Dept of Finance at NUS Business School opined that more can be done on the part of the Government to internalise the positive and negative externalities of the bike-sharing industry and alter the behaviour of consumers. He argued that aligning incentives can create a win-win situation.
